With his extraordinary success, one can see how he could’ve gotten arrogant. However, through his faith, he has matured and has gained great wisdom. Marc has a passion to build companies. He has several big companies in his portfolio in his private equity firm called Timber Creek Capital, LP. He is more focused within the telecommunication industry with companies, such as Cardinal Telecom, Blue Jay Wireless, and Splash Media. He also works with venture capital, real estate, and business solutions.
His Philanthropic Efforts
He also reaches back in helping the community. He assists with The Samaritan Inn, a homeless shelter in Texas. He has been working with them since the late 1980s. Not only does he provides financial assistance, but he also roll up his sleeves to physically work with them.
He also works with the Habitat for Humanity, and he is a devoted supporter of a high school magnet program of Dallas, American Can! Academy. And with these programs, his philanthropic efforts goes beyond financial assistance as well.
